Default 97 dakota, tire and wheel help plz!

So I recently purchased the Adrenaline XDC Series II 3" Suspension Lift System (1997-2004 Dodge Dakota 4x4) for my 97 v8 standard Dakota. Once I get the lift installed I'm going to pull the trigger on new tires and wheels. I'm trying to run the biggest possible tires without ANY rubbing and I seem to be getting mixed answers from everyone I talk to.

What is the best size tire/wheel combo for Dakota with a 3 inch suspension lift??

Thanks for the input!

I ran 325-60r15's on my '99 with no lift and only minimal rub on the frame rail at full lock... yes 325's.

Hi Friar Tuck, I had similar problems with my 2001 dodge ram van, so I replaced all of the relays because of the age and the relays are not very expensive.Especially the A.S.D. relay ; it controls the fuel injectors, coil. etc and shuts down the fuel in the event of an accident so as to prevent a fire.Even if it is clicking I would replace it.Switch the relays around temporarily and see if it helps. They are interchangeable.I also had an intermittent no-crank and found that the range-sensor was faulty; it tells the P.C.M. what position the shift is in and causes a no-crank problem if it is worn inside. I replaced the starter relay, A.S.D. relay and fuel pump relay. Hope you get rolling again soon. Frank

This isn't even close to the thread you are talking about. This is in the dakota section, and the guy is talking about lift kits. I have no idea how you managed that one. Do you have multiple tabs open? Maybe you just responded on the wrong one?
