Default Got it

So I pulled the trigger and got the truck. It's a red dakota sport ext cab. 3in body lift (which might be coming off) and definitely needs some work. The truck does have some rust nothing too bad on the frame, but has rusted out cab corners, which are going good to be cut out and replaced with new cab corners welded in and then fiberglassed. The bed is rusty and there's front end damage, but I can get a red hood, grill, radiator support and red bed with minimal to no rust for 150$ cash. I'm going to get that stuff tomorrow. The engine fires right up and runs well. Definitely needs a full tune up though and a full brake Job done asap. Those are main priorities in order to get the truck on the road as soon as possible. Also it has 170k miles on it. Picked it up for 550$.

I'm hoping so. I just bought the other Bed, hood, grill, and radiator support last night and hauled it home on my buddy's flat bed diesel. Got it for 150$. Bed has a few dings and some very minimal rust up around the wheel wells. Plan is to return this truck to oem settings. Getting plugs, oil (engine, transmission fluid, gear oil), filter, serpentine belt and seafoam. NExt is to bleed the brake system properly with my buddy and get her on the road. I;m going to be taking lots of pics and will start my build thread.
