Default ABS and Brake dash light coming on

i have a 2003 SXT with a v6 for about 6 months now and while going to work, the abs and brake light came on. It was dark out but using a flashlight i looked at the inside of all 4 wheels and nothing was on there so while parked i pumped them a few times to see if there would be any fluid on the wheels or ground when it got light and i had nothing. After work I checked the fluid level and it was right at full and when i started the truck, the abs and brake light were off and never came on all the way home (8 mile drive). There was frost on the windshield this morning and it was about 50 some degrees when i got off so i dont know if a caliper was sticking or what. The truck has less than 60.000 miles on it and it wasnt raining or snowing this morning either. I looked around the master cylinder when i got home and all the wheels and theres zero brake fluid leaking (that i can see anyway). Anybody else have this problem when it starts getting cold out or any ideas?? Thanks

Likely you have a flaky wheel spend sensor somewhere, that will turn on both lights.

That was my experience with a WJ once. it actually turned out to be the wiring harness for the right front sensor.

Both come on at times for no reason also I notice if I park turn off the engine wait a minuet and restart they go away. Whats going on don't know but I suspect a faulty parking brake switch is the problem I just ignore it.

Check the ABS code also..
I used a rentable Innova Scanner via auto zone that reads ABS.

Well I had new rotors and brakes put on (I use to be able to do it myself but with back problems, it's almost impossible to do it) and after I left the shop, my brakes were running the rotors hard enough to where I had to go to passing gear just to get to 30mph. I took it back and found out that the rubber hose that goes to both front calipers was pumping the caliper fine but was collapsing when the brake pedal was released instead of pulling the brakes away from the rotors. So that's being fixed now. I looked up my vin number and it says that I have "rear abs only" I'm hoping the problem was the fluid got low in the master cylinder enough to trip the lights cause the old rotors and brakes were wore out bad.
