Default Power Stop z36 brake install

i installed a z36 drilled and slotted rotors kit with new calipers. Master cylinder is 2 years old, auto zone. I did the break in procedure, multiple aggressive 40 - 10, 35 - 5mph. drove for about 15 minutes to cool off the brakes. Now there is a noise similar to a low brake pad squealer. when i rest my foot on the brake the noise goes away. What would cause a release of pressure on the pads? The back drum brakes are out of adjustment, with be replacing them this weekend. Would that matter?

lubricate the sliders. A pad is probably getting stuck crooked.

Are there any anti-squeal clips, or spacers on the pads?

No anti squeal clips. After if remove the wheels i found the problem. Like i said i put new autozone calipers on. The stabilizer spring was sitting on the rotor. I had to re bend the spring to get it off the rotor. You should be able to see the wear mark on the rotor.
