2004 dodge dakota won't shift new rebuilt transmission
 

2004 dodge dakota 42rle transmission is not shifting out of first gear on a new rebuilt transmission fluid is full both in tourqe converter and main I'm wondering if there is a vacuum line of some sort that needs to be hooked up or is it going to end up being my tcm this is the second transmission I've gotten for it and I can not for the life of me figure it out I'm stuck and need some help any answers about it would be helpful

04 is fully electronic. No pneumatic control systems.

Make sure the wiring harness is properly secured to the clutch pack and none of the contacts are dirty or corroded.
