2000 Driver's Side Heated Mirror

My 2000 Dakota has heated side mirrors. The other when I warmed up the truck I noticed the driver side mirror was still covered in frost. The passenger side mirror was free of frost so was the back window. What do I need to look for? Blown fuse, bad wire, etc. Can anyone help me on this one? Thanks in advance.

Have the same problem with my 2001 only it's the passenger side. Anybody have any experience with this problem?
