Default Whats it worth?

I meant to add this to my post earlier, but.....I recently got a new job as well and I have to drive way more than I used to and so I have been thinking about selling my Dak. The only thing is, with the mods to this truck I don't really know what its worth. If I can't come out with enough cash to get something nice I don't want to do it.

KBB - your mods really won't add much to any value. Maybe a couple hundred bucks more since it's s/c'ed...

aftermarket mods dont do jack for the truck's value. If you want to get some extra cash out of the deal, put the truck back to as stock as possible, and part out anything aftermarket. Assuming you saved all the stock parts. you could fetch alot of money for your supercharger setup, M1, holley TB, injectors, and especially if your headers are the mopar PPH ones (those things are worth their weight in gold). you could possibly get around 3k on top of what you can sell the truck for. If parting out is not an option, I'd say like 1k more than what the blue book value says is all you'd get. But.... theres a sucker born every minute (not that I dont think its worth that much, thats just what the market says right now). If your truck has low miles (like around 20k) I'd say it could bring in around 9-10k, but depending on where you live and what the market is like, it would probably be more like 6-8k.

Good point. You would make a lot more if you put it back to stock, or atleast take off the s/c'er and sell it seperatly.

I wish I had that as an option. I bought the truck like it is, so I don't have any of the stock stuff to put back on it. I was thinking somewhere in the range of 6-7, even though that isn't much above kbb or nada. Its a pretty clean truck, and I hate to part with it but my job requirements are such that the mileage is becoming an issue.

thats an option, the only thing is I have nowhere to keep the truck. Its almost kinda sad, I feel like I'm watching it waste away haha. I just don't have the cash and since I don't work at the dealership anymore I don't have any place to work either.
