Default Ignition coil differences

My coil on my 2003 3.9 is getting weak and its time for a good tune up. I know what I'm using for wires, plugs, cap and rotor. The problem is the coil. I can get a performance coil for less than the price of an OEM but they only list them up to 97. They look the same but I assume the wire harness is probably different. Can anybody confirm this? I noticed on the Summit website they list a wire adapter for the 98 and up but for the price I figure I could get a harness off of a 97 or older from a junk yard and solder it to my 2003 harness.

Any input would be great
