Default Squealing rotors... not the pads or surface

I just bought a 2001 4WD and decided to change the brake pads to ceramic. When I put everthing back together and drove down the road there was an awful squeak coming form both sides, couldnt believe it!!! So I put her back up in the air and found that the clips are rubbing the rotors and I cannot make them stop!! I looked everywhere for new clips and no-one sells them. Advance didnt know what I was talking about and online no-one shows the part. Can anyone help me with this?!

did you put new rotors on when you changed the pads? cause they will have grooves worn in then and the pads wont sit level and they will squeel.

and what clips are rubbing? the ones attatched to the pads?

no i did not put on new rotors, the old ones are still in good shape. its the anti-rattle clip that is rubbing, located on the outside of the caliper. i had one guy tell me to just remove them.

Try using Disc Brake Quiet from CRC or a similar product. I never replace pads without using this stuff. it works. The squeal you hear is most likely the pads rubbing against the caliper.
