Default Small accident

My girlfriend was backing out of our parking spot and managed to swipe the Drivers side mirror off. Also a little scratching along the door happened as well.

I need a new mirror, and to install it. Where's a good place to order it, and how easy is it to install?

It's a 01 dakota sport. non heated, non power.

thanks....

DRG- depends. What bent?

KCM- I think the mirror is only like 3 bolts. IIRC I don't think you have to take the entire panel off, I think the top corner comes off separately with one screw.

I Could be wrong though.

Try a boneyard. It should be fairly inexpensive and you'll get to see how to take it out.

I got it together now. The entire panel has to come off. It was easy, some youtube videos with 'how to's showed me what I needed to do. basicly just broke the plastic inside the mirror; did some crazy glue/ epoxy on it and it'll hold till the wreckers.

Paint is scuffed but, that's no big deal

strange. The thread shows KCm as starting, but DR guy is the first post shown...thus the confusion in my prior post.
