Default Throttle body cleaning

Went ahead and took apart my throttle body to give er a good scrub! It definantly needed it. Used some engine degreaser, forget the name. And some carb cleaner. Came out all clean. Runs great now, i can tell there is better flow. It was restricted with gunk. Seein better mpgs as well. Just got 86 miles on a quarter tank of around town drivin. Stoked

Say bye to the 86 miles on a quarter of a tank once you get them 31's... I'm sitting right around 50 or 60 on a quarter of a tank now lol. V6+Big tires+3.55 gears+Heavy foot+420 lbs. of sand= Bad mpg

Lightbulb A suggestion

A suggestion replace the old dry vacuum lines at same time they may even brake on you as you remove them all my lines were hard as a rock make sure to get the correct stuff also. Be careful of the MAP little elbow vacuum tube don’t brake it pulling it off flip over the throttle body and get a good look at it before you pull the MAP off so you know what you should be doing.

Do you have a digital camera take some shots of everything before you start so if you get confused you can look at the photos for answers?
