Default Transfer Case Swap

So my NV 233D cracked (due to the lift and wrong drive shaft angles) and I put a NV 244D in it. Bolts up just fine problem is it's a full time (AWD, 4-HI, 4-LO). The 233D is a part time. On the back of the electric switch there are 12 pins. Pins 1, 3, and 10 are not used on my truck. So I'm assuming that is why the AWD selector doesn't work. Not a huge deal at the moment.

My question is can I put in a Ram NV 241? I am going to check the bolt pattern but I am to busy currently. Also is the output shaft different? If the output shaft is bigger then I'll go to a slip yoke eliminator and run a bigger shaft since I am currently on 3/4 ton drive-train (Danna 44 front and Danna 60 rear).

If it would be a manual t-case then I'll just ditch the cup holder and punch the riveted hole that's already been cut by the factory to run manual linkage.

Transmission is a 3500 (5 speed). I know some of the rams had the same engine.
