Default 2002 Dakota Flowmaster 10 series

I am planning on getting a Flowmaster 10 series for my 4.7 liter. I am keeping the same tailpipe. I知 going to just put the new muffler on and add an extension piece to connect to the tailpipe. I知 wondering if I need to get a center in and offset out, or offset in and offset out? My goal is to not have to bend any pipes so the extension piece will just be a straight piece of pipe connecting the Flowmaster 10 to the stock tailpipe. I think that I should get the offset in and out but I am not sure. Thank you.

What offset, if any, does the current muffler have? Easy enough to look under your truck and find out what you will need.
