2wd Dakota Suspension Lift
Hi, I had a question for anyone that might know... I have a 2001 2wd Dodge Dakota Extended Cab that I want to lift (suspension)... Not just for the looks but to fit bigger tires too. I want to go 4" in the back and 5" in the front. My question pertains to lifting the front of my truck, is it possible to put a 3 inch longer coil spring and add a 2 inch leveling kit to meet the 5 inches without having any issues?

i have been apart of a build where we put Toyota spindles on a Chevy Silverado Long Travel front Kit. Now in my opinion i believe they will bolt up to our trucks (2wd Dodge Dakotas) as well. The Chevy kit had a Uniball set up instead of ball joint, but i was thinking that Toyota spindles should bolt right up to stock ball joints. all you need to get are Toyota Calipers and hubs, which you could get at a yard for cheap, and different rims or conversion wheel spacers (which we used on the Chevy).
answer me this please.
Or putting dodge ram spindles on....oh the possibilities
