Exclamation Buzzing noise when right directional is on

Good day all,
I am finishing up a project truck 2000 4x4 Sport with my son. After months of hard work we are almost finished but with one problem to be fixed. The Flasher relay buzzes when the right directional is on and the indicator light is barely lit steady. All lights flash when the hazard lights are on. I had replaced the flasher relay with no change. I have also unplugged the harness from the light sockets and yet still get the same buzzing sound. Is there a ground that I may have missed that relies on the directional when I replaced the fenders? any insight would be very helpful.

Update:
If I leave the truck running with the right directional on it will stop buzzing after several minutes and the directional will blink (fast) no right rear directional. Also with the key switch turned off (key out) from the run position the buzzing will continue when right directional is left on.
Thanks in advance.
