Default Last resort for snapped lower t-housing bolt

So i have just napped my lower rad housing bolt, i've already spent all my time and energy fixing everything i can to get it on the road and do not want to remover the lower fan shroud again, the only idea i could come up with after using heat, penetrating oil, the drill, welding a nut on and some other thing is to take my air compressor and cutting wheel to make a small 1/16 slit through the end and up the bolt so i can take it out in 2 halves then put a little jb weld over the cut and putting a longer bolt through the back as i said its on the lower one (i got super lucky) and put a locking nut on the back with a small washer to keep everything in place
