Default Debating a Build

03 Dakota 3.9 v6, 5 speed standard

I have built cars in the past, but mostly tuner stuff. Eclipses and Talons. I want to start to try to build this Dakota. I got it VERY cheap, so I don't really care if I blow it up or anything like that. It runs fine. Everything works. Good little truck. I want more power. Should I be looking into a motor swap or some kind of blower? I know the more power I go the more parts I'm going to be replacing. Hoping to keep the tranny and the clutch assembly stock or close to it, but I'm open to gutting everything. Basically I just want an idea of where I should be heading. Money isn't an issue.
