Hello everyone. We got our daughter a 2005 Neon SXT. Everything has worked great except for the gauges. about 6 months ago, the entire gauge panel stopped working. I ran through basic diags, pulled power over night and it still didn't work. A few days later out of no where they started working. Since then they have worked very well.

2 days ago she calls to tell me they stopped working, then several hours later the vehicle wouldnt even start. I go look, there is no power to anything, radio wipers or anything. I pulled the battery for about 1 min, now it starts and runs ok, but no gauges at all. Nothing on the panel works, ok, the turns signal arrows work but that's it.
Ive look and search with no definite answer. The gauge rest does not work due to it not having any power at all.

Well, the gauges started working out of the blue today. I just let it sit last night, went to check this afternoon and they are all working. Sure would like to know the cause
