One thing I don't like about Neons
2000 Dodge Neon ES
When I got my car, I looked everywhere for a button in the car to open the trunk. The only way I noticed to open my trunk was with my car key and my keyless entry. Has Dodge put a button or switch in the Neon yet? I don't think I am missing anything for the years I have had it. |

I thought the same thing then one day I opened my glove compartment. It is in there on the left hand side below a screw.

Yeah, I think its kind of odd that they would put it in the glove compartment box, but its there.

What????????????????????????
Who would put it in the glove compartment? Why not put it by the switch to pop the hood? I am going to check it out right now. |

A lot of car makers put the trunk button in the glove box. I have seen it on many different cars, as well as on the drivers door.

I can't find it.
It is also dark outside but I don't see it. |
RE: One thing I don't like about Neons
When you open the glove compartment, looking straight at it, it will be on your left hand side. You will see a screw that holds the dash on right below it there is a black button, that is probably 1/2 inch in diamter. it is round by the way. It isn't exactly IN the glove box but off tto the side, but you need to open to see it
