Look into a new alternator, it's not providing enough power to your car.

there is also a new type of car battery you could buy. it's specailly made for audio systems. i believe it's called lighting or something. but just check at your local audio store and they should have it. these batteries usaully run about 150 to 200.

capacitors are a waste of money.

get an upgraded battery (optima yellow top), upgrade your alternator (direct swap from a pt cruiser w/o turbo) and use 4 gauge wiring to ground your battery to the car.

no you cannot fix it. many people have tried and i dont believe any have succeeded. they have tried new batteries, capaciters, and alrernators. unless you wanna rewire your entire system i dont think it can be done

I would have to say I had the same issue with my first audio design. I upgrated my Battery with a Red Top, and a secondary grounding system from Sun Automotive called Hyper grounding system. I also added a Hyper voltage system that regulates my voltage and makes sure that its constant. Then I upgraded to JL Audio 500/1 class D amp and 300/4 amp and no issues now.... I hope that this helps a bit.
