i had the talon for about a month before the crank walked so the kid before me must have beat the **** out of it before he sold it, i believe it had a little over 220 to the wheels... it was a fun car while it lasted... might be getting it back here in about a month

better? also something u might wanna look into is mega squirt or m/s another thing spikey is selling...basically if u want a fool proof neon turbo kit buy his parts, also dt is a good person to ask about neon turbos...also on neons................. .org look up graphite03 he left this forum and pops in every now and then but u can problem catch him there but be warned he can be an ***

 

i was just lookin at megasquirt and i thought i read somewhere on here before people on here were getting pissed because they were going to discontinue making mega squirt so people were buying it all up and going to sell it for more... that bs if you ask me ive heard such good things about that product that it doesnt make sense to stop making it just make it better...

 

i have heard nothing like that the only problem is u need to know tuning and fuel maps ms can get very in depth in the tuning

 

ONE. what size turbo u plan on running? internal or external wastegate?

two, how much power u want out of it?

three, do u want to spend the money and build the bottom end?

four. if ur "buddy" is so good at fabricating have him make u a manifold...

five. also do u know u have to run a return line? injectors?

six. go to hahnracecraft.com, and buy a manifold it will only cost u 500

seven. there is a website i can not seem to find it u can get a good manifold for 200 (that is where i got mine)

its too bad the SRT manifold isn't a direct bolt-on.... if you want that you will either have to go for a custom manifold or the Hahn turbo manifold.... good luck and welcome to df...

Welcome to df so you have a turbo or building one in your r/t and what tires are you running since your so into the go thing . Theres alot more into the go thing in this section more than you relize.
