I got a week off of school for spring break, and How did I spend it?

I painted my car in my garage.

Here are the results....Keep in mind, I am not totally done.I am letting it cure, then I will finish up by wetsanding/buffing/polishing/waxing in the summer.
But I like how it looks right now, I just might leave it as it is.

Car is painted in navy blue

Tell me what you think:

Here are some better shots of the 03+ mopar rear lip on my 00-02 bumper. It wasn't too hard to get it on. It took me about 5 hours to do.

OK you got to tell how you painted it. Dam it looks real good. I was just asking about you. It doesnt look like you painted that in a garage. When and where did you get those side mirrors from? I like those a lot.

What do you mean it doesnt look like it was painted in a garage? You think it was painted out doors? or in a paint booth? lol

The mirrors, I got from someone on another forum, but you can find those on ebay. They're called M3 mirrors.

Now I need a new sig lol.

Believe it or not, I painted it with a roller brush. No spray gun. And no clear coat used. I laid on 6 coats of paint from Home Depot called Rustoleum.

This whole paint job costed me $50. And does it look any different than a real $2000 paint job? I don't think so. What do you think?

You really need to work on the panel alignment. hood-fender, fender-bumper...

yeah, for some reason, that part is badly aligned, and I can't ever get them straight. But it was straight with my CF hood. But I took that off because I dont have the hook that goes in the latch. So I just put back the OEM hood. I'd rather have a badly aligned hood than have other people opening my hood and stealing things from my engine bay.

(If anyone has a hook, or knows where I can get one...let me know PLEASE!!!!!)

PS....And yeah, lots of wetsanding involved...haha.
