2005 Dodge neon sxt will not start. Lights and everything work good, but when the key is turned the engine will not turn over. There is no click or any noise from the engine compartment ......pl

i think i know why, one time i stall my car on the way up my drive way and i tried to start it and it won't start. so i pop the hood and check. there will be a plug in front of the engine which is hard to explain. look at the picture and go check it and see if the plug is not loose.
