ok I dont have a cuda hood for my 1st gen im lookin at getting some kind of aftermarket hood for my sxt soon and the way howell told me is the cuda comes with the the scoop connected to the hood all you have to do is paint it to match your car . which the scoop is pretty mean lookin thats what I like about it . if im sponsored I will probably kit that or a cf hood of somekind.

 

I would close it up to keep dirt from getting into my engine.

Howell told me the scoop comes closed and I would have to cut it.

 

Thats not true...Ive seen the cuda hood for sale for 325 just yesterday by howell...

 

U probably made a mistake by looking at the SRT hood instead of the Cuda hood. If it's not that, the hood I'm talking about is for the 2ND GEN NEON (not the first). I look at the sight pretty often b/c I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to get.
If it's not that, show me (I would like to see that).

 

Yes I know its not the srt4 hood, i also have a 2nd gen neon...its also not linked directly on howells webpage...i saw it browsing around looking at different hoods, brands..ect..but its definetly a aar cuda hood for the 2nd gen neons for 325+shipping

think I will so go with the cuda cause seein a cf hood on a black neon just doesnt look cool to me plus I want something that is out and cf is pretty much in for imports and srt4 and other neons dont see very many cudas on much.
