I have anew 05 neon that won't go past 2000 rpm which means the car won't go faster than 20 mph. The car has a 5 speed manual transmission.

 

My neon sxt has the RPM to low? What can cause that right after my clutch was just replaced

Is this normal for an '05 Dodge Neon? Should I have this looked at?
