does anyone know where or even if i could find some lightweight pullys for and 05 neon sxt

Lightweight pullies? Do you AutoX?

maybe he's thinking of an under-drive pulley or UDP

even those don't do much on a stock motor, do they?...can't see a lightweight stock size pulley doing much of anything also on a stock engine...
