Exclamation Tail lights wont turn on but head lights do..?

When I turn on my headlights and tail lights for night time use, only the headlights go on. When i step on the brake they turn on but when i let go they turn off and stay off.
Before this my right tail light bulb went out so i switched it out and it worked good after that.
Thanks!

Sounds like blown bulbs honestly. If not, there is either a wiring or switch problem.

But the bulbs work when i step on the brake. Where in the wiring could i check for the problem?

They are dual filament bulbs. There is a low filament (lights on, but no brakes) and high filament (brakes on). Just like the low beam and high beam in your headlights and just like how people's lights could be on but when they are stopping, you have no idea because all the high filaments are burnt out. The wiring would probably be a problem at the MFS, which controls your lights and such. That wiring can melt.
