2003 Neon. when the engine is idling the air intake hose collapses as if the suction from the engine is stronger than the airflow through the hose and air filter. I'm thinking MAP sensor?

 

 

Sorry should have gave more details . I checked all the obvious stuff, it's all good. The problem exists even if the air filter is off and the lid is off the box. If i open the flap in the throttle body the hose will loosen up some. The problem seems to go away when driving , but is evident when stopped at a red light.
