Totally stumped and frustrated!
 

I have a 2004 dodge neon sxt, just a basic model. So here's my problem, when the weather is hot the car stalls every time I'm at the light. I have to put it in neutral then stop. Sometimes it's does this when I start up in the morning. I've changed my spark plugs and wires. Spark plug #2 is always burned to the plug every time. I'm thinking I'm losing pressure somewhere. Can anyone help me out pls???

have you done the key code jingle yet to see if you have any trouble codes?

Yeah kept telling me that my #2 spark plug was out. I changed that and the same problem keeps coming up.

#2 plug wire good, not leaking sparks... if that's good do pcm reset, pull them pcm fuse, wait a few sec's put it back in, start the car and drive a lil see if it dies but no need to go over 5 miles just get it up to operating temp. If it's sooty/back that injector could be leaking/spraying too much fuel. Not wet like a 2stroke plug is it?

The only code I can think of off-hand that sounds possibly correct is P0302, which is a misfire in cylinder 2. A picture would be good indeed as I don't understand what is meant by "burned to the plug" either. The wire? A picture of the plug would be good for diagnosis too. Has a compression or leakdown test ever been done?
