I have a 05 neon that started the 3 times died then no crank. I put a aftermarket stereo in it at a friends and need to get it out of there. So PLEASE SOMEONE help. Ive read so much crap and tried so many things. Is there a way to test it using voltmeter if something needs replaced?

 

So...do you need help with the anti-theft system, a no-start condition or removing the stereo? I'm a bit lost.
