aftermarket exhaust

I recently purchased my used 2003 neon, the engine overheats on trips that span longer than an hour, I looked at a few forums and noticed a lot of people seem to be putting exhaust on the car, so where should I get an new exhaust/air and what should the brand be?

Exhaust has nothing to do with overheating. You should focus on that first.

So...do you want exhaust recommendations or are you asking how to fix the overheating problem?

Servicing the cooling system will help the most.

Start by checking the radiator cap gasket and replace the cap if the gasket is worn, cracked or missing pieces. It's probably the original cap, so $5-$10 for a new one certainly wouldn't hurt regardless. Also, check the coolant overflow system (hose and reservoir) for any blockages.
