Looking to buy a 60mm mpx throttle body

I have a 4 speed auto 2004 dodge neon sxt I'm not even sure if the throttle body will fit in New and just getting into modifying and heard a throttle body can add decent hp any help is much appreciated

Won’t add and “decent” hp without other supporting mods.

I have headers, exhaust, underdrive pulley what other mods could I add that would support it more

An engine is a big air pump. In order to get more air in, you would need bigger heads, bigger valves, bigger pistons.

Ok what are my options for bigger heads would a port and polish do that I hear people talking about a magnum head but I have no clue what they are talking about
