I've replaced everything!!
 

I have a 2002 dodge neon runs like **** bought it did
Oil change
tune up
Crank and cam sensor
Iac valve
New batter
fuel injectors
And it still hard to start and now I'm getting a p0172 code (running to rich) and when anything load wise turns on it runs down in rpm and dies and I can't start it back unless I unplug it

what motor? Timing belt?

Replaced it when I first got it too and 2.0 na

Have you check fuel pressure?

Yes now it's throwing a code for p0172 running rich
