what's the stock sxt 04 bolt patterns..would n e 5 lugs it on them?
 

lookin into sum thicker 195 or 205 all around..still have the basic stock 185 65 15's.. ws also thinkin maybe upgrading to 16's. but wanted to keep a small tire size for better quater mile times.(plus keep the speedometer runnin about the same) can i please have input.thanx . was thinkin maybe something like 195- 50,55-15's... what about 205-50,55-15's. or 16's.. well. enough ideas. u guess let me know? i'd really like to go 205's figure thicker is better... ?

Ok, the bolt pattern is 5x100...upgrading to 16x7 tires wont really mess with your speedo (because when you go to 50 series the overall diameter of the tire stays the same even thoug your going to 16" rims) and they arent much heavier than stocker 15"s. Right now i run 195/50-R16 but i plan on going to 215/40-R17 (17x7's). Anyway, on our struts the most you can go is 215 unless you go to SRT struts.

5x100..thanx... well. i was thinkin if anything the 205 50 15's....... and as far as strus..... i would soon go wityh some TOKICO HP SHOCKS & SPRINGS........

im runnin 225/45 r17's and they barely fit with no rub and such.. and my suspension is stock. it fills up the wells real nice

you got any pics? i'm looking into getting 215.40.17s. i'd like to see how something close fills the well.

well the 225 leaves like 1/4 in between the top of the tire and the bottom of the struts .. there seriously is not a whole lot of play.. ill try and get pics up soon.. my camera is acting stupid

Yeah i'd like to see a picture too, cuz i thought the 225 would rub against the strut perch thingy...but if it doesnt than that would just be great news!

yeah there is no rub.. but it sure is close... i can barely fit my finger under the strut and the tire.. as i said before ill get pics up soon

hey people thanx for the input. ill be lookin forward myself.. cuz i heard anything thicker then 215 on stock struts was the highest.... and can u guys give n e input on on that "do it yourself catch can" i have post below... i cam across it. wonder if it is really a good thing to do?
