Hesitation problem ... solved
Hello all,
I'm a newbee to the Forum and a Dodge owner. I got a 2002 SXT back in Jan. I was not familar with Dodge and only got
on the recomendation of the 'pre-owned' salesman. Who said it was out getting detailed and was the better car that I could
afford. Before I got into the car he informed me that the brakes need to be replaced as do the tires. I have told others that
race car tires had more tread than the tires on the Neon did. So when I went up a small hill near the dealer I thought the
hesitation was a result of spinning tires. So 7 months later and the hesitation was getting so bad I took it back to get fixed.
I was hoping that the "Pre-Owned Non-Honda Vehicle Service Contract" would cover what ever was majorly wrong.
Nothing that was fixed was covered. I needed 4 new plugs, wires, and a fuel indution (a test I think). Total cost ...
just under 400. My car runs so smoothly now. I have read other owners with similar issues and hope all are resolved too.
