I am about to do a power options conversion minus powerwindows(because i am not a fan).I recently purchased 4 srt door panels,latches and wiring harnesses.I also have the power trunk release,harness and sidemirrors.My car was all manual before.Has anyone done this already or Have any insight?Any help would be much appreciated.I will take pictures before and after and post a step by step when complete.So others can benefit down the road.Much Thanks in advance.

 

might wanna check and see if your car is alredy wire for everything.....otherwise your in for a hell of a job....

i swapped in power windows on my 98....but the car was prewired to the door jam

 

It seems like i have all the existing wiring i need in my car.What i don't have is the keyless entry computer.Will an aftermarket alarm work as such,so i can run keyless entry and pop trunk?Or do i have to install the factory one?Anyone know?

 

you can use an aftermerktet alarm for the keyless entry and trunk pop. thats what i did. just make sure that if youre gonna do the trunk pop youre gonna d it right. im trying to fix it cuz my trunk just pops enough to open but not go up all the way.
