Default New to dodge, and here.

Hey I'm Corey. I live in a pretty terrible town in Oregon and am going to college there. I drive a 2005 neon sxt, red, completely stock... I'm looking into tuning or upgrading my car but I have know idea where to start! Any suggestions would be nice. I'm thinking more on the performance side. If you want to just send it to my email its cmc5790@charter.net

For starters an exhaust system and cai are great. Modernperformance.com
For some in depth information try searching the 2gn neon section for your answers on those items.

Welcome!

Search around Craigslist for take-off SRT-4 Exhaust systems. Much cheaper than buying a new one! Plus it sounds great and is "factory" so you can't really get in trouble for being too loud.

Well i guess i may as well write some thing here, since i have not before. My name is everett i live in wisconsin, i am either in Appleton or Bowler since my parents are split. I am a sophomore at UW fox valley, i drive an 02 sxt silver dodge neon with a spoiler. In general the car is stocked other then the sound system, i have replaced every thing, ill try to list every thing off the top of my head. Kenwood headunit, MTX 3-1/2 coaxials in the front, Boston Acoustics 6-1/2 triaxials in the front doors, Alpine 6x9 triaxials on the back dash, all six of those are powered by a Pioneer 600watt amp at 4 ohms. Then for the bass i have a single Kicker L5 12inch in a huge box in the truck that can take 1200watts but i only have a 800watt Pioneer amp powering it, also have a 1fard cap with a distribution block. 4 gauge from car battery to block and then 8 to each amp. The only other thing i have done is put in under body lights which are blue, for next summer im putting some damping material in to keep the truck from rattling too much.
