McMaster-Carr and shipping: I ordered a roll of bubble wrap from them and they shipped it in a carton with a foot of air space at the top of it so I got bagged for an oversize shipping fee. If they'd just asked, I would have gladly paid for one of the boxes they offer for sale that was the right size, for less than half of the oversize fee.

It wasn't a bank breaker or anything, but it got under my skin. As the song says, it's the little things that **** me off.
