That reminds me when I was looking for a work truck. I was looking at a 3.9L with a NV3500 like yours but I wanted an extended cab, and I thought that the 3.9 wouldnt get that great gas mileage. So, I settled for my S-10. If I could go Back, I would have looked a lot harder into that Ram. But I was dead-set on a S-10.

 

black ram. i know this is off topic but i was thinking about a cherry bomb extreme. i see you put you have one. what do you think? that a glasspack. (keep in mind mine is a v6)

 

a cherry bomb extreme is not a glasspack, nor is it much of anything really, just one baffle

 

New steering gear box, new rear axle brake lines, and 1 ton dually gm wheel cylinder upgrade. Steers like a dream now and stops on a dime too.

 

i was joking about the math. and i love it. i must admit an extended cab would be nice at times. but there is a bunch of room, along with cargo bens in the back. only thing is the 3 seater.

 

i set my new passenger axle seal in the seat and locked it. gotta work tonight so i don't feel like messing with it today.

 

installed new halogens as replacement fog lights, maybe give her a wash

Personally I like it. Its not a glasspack and not a muffler its somewhere in between. I get the sound I want. Your V6 will probably sound different than mine.

Yep that's how I made my decision.

 

i am talking about a cherry bomb glasspack being a glasspack, not the extreme
