What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
You got an actually seat cover then you elected the factory cover
I suppose logic dictates that at some point there was a leak or a spill. Ive owned it since new and have never noticed it being wet or smelling like mildew or rot. Theres no rust on the body anywhere else. Well other then the rear bumper is basically gone. The entire floor board looks new, except right where that jack was strapped down. lol Its a 1994 1500, sorry I thought I had said that already. The seats are still fairly clean, the carpet even looked pretty good, just dingy. Its weird. Oh well, its patched and ready to be recovered now. YAY!

When I pulled my carpet a few years back after the brake light began to leak, the floor looked pristine under my carpet except right where that little bracket for the jack was. Something about that thing makes the cancer start there for sure. At that point I was living in Florida and other than the first year in MD the truck was a Texas, Florida, Hawaii truck and had no rust anywhere except that bracket. Paint was peeling off hood and roof by then, but underside was great.
