drove my truck for the first time in 3 weeks (aside from the 5 miles i went last week), my tranny is shifting perfect, even after it took on water *knock on wood*
found some other problems, with it, but all in all, she ran perfect, i was impressed, and very excited to drive my truck....well i was forced to due to my job, because somehow my maxima is not legal....

Seafoamed it, did 1/3 can in crankcase, fuel tank and pcv each, at 155,8xx miles now. Truck is eating oil, going to use Restore in it with this next oil change in about 40 miles.
Got a decent smoke show, will do it again on next oil change.
Truck seemed to run a little smoother/quieter/better on the initial drive after the seafoam.
Next up is the cooling system hopefully before it reaches 110*, need to find a small leak. Had a leak on the water pump shaft, so I replaced the pump and it seems to be holding.. but something else is leaking from above it.. Im thinking its the timing cover(possibly therm outlet), so saving up now for a timing set and gaskets etc. and I already have a new therm, therm outlet, and gasket ready to do with timing cover. Should find and fix my leak between one of those.

I chased a small coolant leak on my 01 for a few months. I then decided to change the water pump because I figured it was due and found my leak was coming from the t-stat housing. If you ever have to tear into it again go ahead and change the heater bypass hose. its a $5 parts and usually get neglected.

Must be man. I like your setup, mind if I copycat? lol
Mine looked like the original, at least it was dirty enough to be. So it'd say you still got about 90k to go. Haha
