87-96 Fords are great trucks that I would never talk crap about. When I was buying a truck I was stuck between a '96 5.8L Bronco FWC Version and my current truck. Chose the Dodge because it was already lifted on 36s.
I'd be one pissed motherfvcker and won't go into any type of details of what would or would not happen.

Now everyone is wondering if the cops acted correctly or not.
I can say from experience that they did. When I was small town deputy more than once people were put into protective custody at not only fire scenes but at accident scenes.
If they had not been physically restrained they would have done something that would ended up in them being badly hurt or even dead. our volunteer fire department was small and our response time was usually pretty dismal if the fire was not inside the city limits {our unofficial motto was "We haven't lost a basement or foundation yet!"} but still this guy waited for the fire department and cops before becoming concerned enough to go back for the boy?
Ok, maybe he is a crack head or something {everyone knows that everyone who lives in a big city are a bunch of dopers right?} and not used to clear thinking, I don't know.
Just seems to me that maybe he has had dealings with authoritys before and saw a way to make the news, or gather grounds for a law suit. Who knows maybe the TV camera crews had made it to the scene too.
Lol. I get better fuel economy when towing with carb than with EFI. Period.
Highway, well, it's not much worse than the average Magnum V8 according to the poll on Dodge Talk.
The power is awesome too. Not saying EFI couldn't get better power/MPGs, but I'm happy with what I've got, and IMO that is what matters the most.

diesel power FTW!
fine WEAK old ****** that are gas guzzlers and don't make any power for the ridiculous amount of fuel they guzzle!
Can't help it I like the old school rumble and don't like my truck to sound like a damn bulldozer. lmao
lol the only rumble you hear is the gas exiting from between your butt cheeks...
nothin sexier than the sound of compound twins
sounds like a jet taking off
Well, there's that too. But not too terribly often as I don't have problems with beans.
