Cam anyone tell me how to adjust the chamber on my 02 Dodge Ram 4x4?

I can't remember the difference between camber and caster.....
There is a service manual in the FAQ/DIy section to download. Its should be in there. I always have alighnment done at a shop....

Adjustable ball jionts. No other way with a solid axle. Least not that I know of.

You really shouldn't have to worry about it on a 2500 (D60 front end) , unless of course it has gone over some sweet jumps or the BJ's are bad now. 1500's with the D44 have more of an issue with the tubes collapsing.
