On the 5+" springs one is labeled specifically for the passenger side. Maybe I missed it but perhaps the 3" also?

Any DIY is a good thing. In this case, remove springs, install springs, go play!

Good of you to list links to your exact parts for ppl.
Yeah, mine came labeled passenger and driver side. I think I will make a build thread once I get some time to take a few more pictures of the specifics

Just taking a guess that the driver's side is taller as there is more weight on the drivers side with the gas tank, driver, battery and a couple other things over there. So it keeps it from leaning.

^^^ I this case nope the pass side is taller than the drivers side. It all comes down to spring rate you can have a taller spring that carries less weight than a shorter spring of a higher rate.

Oh, my bad. I flipped them in my mind.

Higher spring rate on the drivers side due to more weight and lower spring rate on the passenger side because less weight?

Thats ok. That's right and the lower rate spring is taller.

No, 3" in front and 3.5" in back. I took out my stock coils that gave me 1.5" and put in could that have me 3" and added 2" to my 1.5" in back

Get a set of 2" lift 2500 dsl coil springs = 4"-4.5" lift in a 1500, ditch the spacer save some cash. Yes you will need upper and lower control arms.
