I have fond memories of cruising PCH (Pacific Coast Highway, that is) in my '68 Coronet 440 back in the 1970's... But these days spend almost all of my time above 6,000' and very rarely go below 5,000'. It's kinda fun, though, to go visit the grandkids who live at about 3,000' and find another 30 or 40 horsepower hiding under the Ram's gas pedal.
Well, I sold the 2.02 heads I had for sale, temped to buy the 1.92 heads to have them for a future build, but I know I shouldn't do that right now. I've got a tax bill coming this year...
I live at about 470 feet above sea level, couldn't imagine 5000 feet above sea level, never been anywhere with that kind of elevation.
