police were here and took her away in cuffs.. her boyfriend isn't responding to state farm phone calls which is delaying getting the truck to
a body shop.. I will have to wait until I can get the police report on Tuesday and fax it to them myself before anything will happen

Finally got the ball rolling... my video went a long way since they weren't responding to the phone calls
finally got it towed to the body shop I picked, one of the guys I know looked at it up on lift and said he doesn't think
frame is bent either and I agree after crawling around under it for an hour on sunday.. the left side spring and rear shackle
is bent and the rear looks to be rolled in the U bolts.. unfortunately he isn't the estimator for state farm but he is going to talk
to the guy that is
at minimum it will need a left side leaf spring , left bed side, left tail light, left rear wheel is gouged, possibly tire since she struck that
if it cant be balanced, probably new rear shocks since the left side looks bent, etc,etc
long story short, he said they will do the rear suspension first and then align to make it driveable so they can see if the rear itself is bent
or damaged and go from there..

it will get fixed so there is no chance of totaling... otherwise they would be out what was already spent
plus the money to total it
target finish date is currently October 20th

the claims adjuster that first looked at it said WELL at least she wasn't going that fast
I laughed and said guess again, the video is in slow motion.. she was probably doing 40
