Gonna have to have it towed to where you can work on it. Once you have it there, pull the cover, and see what the carnage looks like.

I have the cover off and couple pieces of teeth/gears laying on bottom below gears, thought I could rock pinion back in place and get short distance in 4 high.
PS. JUST A ROOKIE HERE.

Don't drive it like that, you are only going to cause more damage. Call the tow truck, have 'em take it to where it's gonna get fixed. (be it your house, the shop, or whatever.)

Oh I'll get this conversing on line down, I have patience hope every one else does. Put in a clutch pressure plate throw out bearing about 2 months ago and I was coming up a grade at the time with a new exhaust also so maybe something just torqued back there

Gonna need to get it to where you can work on it, and see just how bad the damage really is. (tear it down.....)

Thank you for your support and patience. Got off the tow truck fine, nothing minded actually I pulled the large pinout that joins axle gears into the ring gear. That is where the problem has fallen the ring gear has had 2 teeth broke off it so apparently that and the pinion got in a fight over something I don't know what caused it but have an idea, the bearing that seats the yolk in place is just just totally totally sloppy!! . So I have got that little black seal and the race pulled and off the housing the four 19 in metric bolts are cracked loose so the axles can slide out but I have not pulled the little clip so the axel will slide out yet of course. But I think I'm looking at ring and pinion. Quite spendy but no way around getting the part. But I am at this point and taking pictures along the way and reading lots and lots of forums and talking with you which I'm feeling pretty comfortable with

Post up your pics.

Need to inspect EVERYTHING in there, the pieces of the gear had to go somewhere, and if they got into the spiders, those are gonna be toast as well.
