Are you planning on turbo, or supercharging? If you aren't, then no need for anything other than stock.

I am installing a kenne bell supercharger and tuning with an sct tuner. I already upgraded the ignition coil, plugs, wires, 50mm throttle body, intake, pacesetter headers, hi flow cat, magnaflow muffler.

Ok here we go, I have a Kenne Bell unit on a shelby durango and may be able to help here. What size injectors do you have? You should have 42lb/hr with a 2 bar map sensor. The 2 bar cuts the signal in half but by going from stock 21lb/hr to 42lb/hr it will use the same amount of fuel plus you can trim them out for correct fuel amounts under boost. Any 2 bar sensor will work, I have an MSD. You will need to wire it in however.
Here's a diagram, let me know if you cannot view it:

What hardware do you have from the kit? Is it just the blower or all the manifold pieces? The factory manifolds that come with the blower don't flow well enough and the performance is terrible above 4000rpm, not much better than a stock 5.9l with a few bolt ons. I am working on a few tweaks to mine to hopefully open up the top end a bit, it is a tire shredder down low though. I am assuming this is on a 5.9l or 5.2l.

I have 42 lb injectors and a fuel pump upgrade as well for this. I have the full kenne bell setup to include a working optimizer. this is on a 5.2l dodge ram.

If you have SCT tuning and 42lb/hr injectrors there is no need for the optimizer.
