Blinking odometer
 
I hav a 1999 ram 1500 w/a 5.9l auto 2wd. Th pcm got fried so i put a new 1 in. Th odometer was blinking.....i researched th dodge forums....tht's how i found out th pcm was bad. Well, in another thread i was told wat steps 2 take 2 put th new pcm in & 1 of those steps was 2 turn th key on and wait 15 secs. I 4got bout tht step & fired th truk rite up. Th odometer stil blinks but now all th gauges needles jump. Wat can i do???

​​​​​​I don't remember exactly what I said, but he didn't fry the PCM. The key trick is just to help the computer learn the zero values of the sensors. I believe his was a bad PCM from the company or was a wiring issue

do you think it could be a relay I? Guess I'm fixing to find out cause I know my pcm is good .
