Autolite 3923's

Hey everyone!! I just bought some autolite 3923's and autolite proffesional wires. I did have those bosch platinum 4's but everyone here said they were crap. So i just wanted to double check to make sure these plugs will work good in my truck. Anyone else really liked these plugs, heard they can give you a couple of hp but their so cheap to buy, cant hardly beleive it. Anyone have any input, thanks.

Have you look up the stock replacements ? there now the 3924 use to be the 5224? ..but if you have a bad pinging problem 3923 will help as for the extra HP ? But some have mix reviews about the 3923's lost in mpg but sense they are so cheap wont hurt to run em... make sure you use the stock gap....

Yeah, the stock plugs are champions and i hate em. But yes my truck does have a bad pinging problem unless i put 89 gas in. At the rate gas is getting too, 87 is all its getting. So doyou think it will help for that ? Well about my gas mileage, im already getting 11mpg, but my cat is rattling and i have a heavy foot since im only 16 so i guess thats why. What are those other plugs your talking talking about? Autolites??

Its surprising, but often the cheepos are the best. I like autolite myself. Im about to do a tune up. I think i fowled a plug today. too much of that gas stuff hurts the motor ;)

The 3923's are fine, I am on my second tune up with them and I love them. The only bad thing is that they are copper, so they don't last as long. I think next time I'll fork out the cash and buy platinums and see how they hold up.

By the way, the plugs MIGHT give you a slight hp increase. Supposedly the cooler plugs will lower temps in the combustion chamber and a cool engine is a happy engine. LOL I crack myself up.

I put them in my truck and it seemed like it had a slight missfire not horrible but slight. Well I decided to put a new set of Champions back in just for the heck of it and see what that did and it fixxed my problems. Others seem to have good luck with them though.
